Case Study - Stay at home Mom Vs. Working Mom

We are covering working at Home Moms quite extensively in our blog [look at here, here and here] so I felt to compare Stay at Home Moms Vs. Working Moms like the pros and cons of being Stay at Home Mom and Working Mom. I am just covering few points but hope readers will add few more
1. Financial Aspect: A Working mom has a greater security than a stay at home mom in terms of financial requirements. A Working mom is sure of getting a fixed salary every month and she can manage her expenses accordingly. Where as a stay at home mom is not secured and she will have to depend on some one or to start a work at home business. Working mom can afford to expend more, because she is earning those extra buck, but stay at home mom have to cut her expenses on entertainments, frequent dinners outside and so on.

2. Watching your Kids Grow: A Child who's mom is staying at home and taking care of him will grow socially and emotionally than the child who's mom is working. A child whose mom is a working mom and he is being cared by a baby sitter or a day care assistant will have learn fast and be more intelligent than a child who is cared by at home by stay at home mom. Children of stay at home mom will have lower scores in studies than child of a working mom. Childs, who are cared by professional baby sitters, get more exposure than the child who is cared by a stay at home mom. Child of a working mom will grow as a more independent man/woman in future than the child of a stay at home mom. An stay at home mom will not have to leave her child crying and go out, but a working mom have to leave her child crying and in the care of some one else to go out at work.
3. Changed Life Style: A Working mom is considered to have better life style than a stay at home mom. In general stay at home mom take less care of her-self and spend all day to take care of his children and her home. Working is better for a woman's personal growth as they meet lots of people and have good exposure to current trends. In case of working mom, as she have to go out, meet various kinds of people at work, she has a well routine schedule and enjoys a better lifestyle. Stay at home mom can see their child growing in front of them, but working moms cannot see and spend such sweet time with their kids. Stay at home moms may get irritated some time doing same thing everyday.
